Location and Facilities

We want everything about Toronto Music Alliance to be the best experience, from when you arrive to during your lesson and afterward.

Lots of Free Parking, Great Location

Toronto Music Alliance has free lot and street parking in a brightly-lit residential neighbourhood. If you choose to take public transit, routes 34, 51, 54, 56 and 100 buses from Eglinton Station all come to the school. There’s a bus stop literally right outside the front door! We are a 10-15 minute walk to Yonge and Eglinton.

Lots to Do While You Wait

For families, Toronto Music Alliance is a great place to be while lessons are happening. We have waiting a central waiting area, with tables for other students to do homework. Parents are free to run their errands at the local grocery store a block away, while amazing one-of-a-kind shops and boutiques are close by on both Bayview Avenue and Mount Pleasant Road.

Lots to Do in the Lesson

Of course, the lesson areas are the main focus at Toronto Music Alliance. Our rooms are bright, spacious and tuned to your musical needs. Our pianos are some of the best instruments you will find in a private music school. Additionally, we feature a recording area for feedback and live-off-the-floor recordings inclusing our new recording program The Rec Room, a vast music library accessible by tablet computers (which is annotable and can be emailed to individual students - not to mention never having lost music!) and excellent amplifiers from Peavey and Mesa.

Lots to Do Afterward

Being in midtown TorontoToronto Music Alliance has many amenities nearby. The shops, cafes and restaurants are some of the highest-rated in the city. Mount Pleasant villiage or Bayview is steps away, and the hustle and bustle of Yonge and Eglinton is only a 10-15 minute walk. Let your music lesson be a fun, relaxing part of your weekly schedule!

Why Online-Only Lessons?

We've heard from many of you asking both when we will be able to return to in-person lessons, as well as why we are working only online with our students. The first answer is, we don't know. But the second answer is simple: safety. And we have the science to back it up.
