The guitar is, without a doubt, one of the most popular instruments in music today. Since the very first Gibson electric guitar, people everywhere have dreamed of being a rock star! Others enjoy the experience of playing beautiful Bach guitar works, jazz and blues, and everything in between. At Toronto Music Alliance, you can have the best of all worlds! Our faculty is trained in virtually any style you wish to master, with years of performance, composition and recording experience.

Bass Guitar (Electric Bass)

Our bass philosophy is equally diverse. Rather than simply focus on playing a specific tune (though we do this easily and happily!) we try to look at the bass as a tool within a band. Students learn to construct their own lines, and perform different styles - even Classical music! - to be versatile, solid performers and creators.
